Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef at Mayavilin Restaurant located in Kumasi. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers. The Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts
Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
