Job Description
As a Sales and Marketing Strategist at Mëraki Ghana, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales. In addition to traditional sales and marketing strategies, you will be tasked with leveraging social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance our online presence, connect with our target audience, and drive conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target market segments.
Social Media Management: Take ownership of the company’s social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create compelling content tailored to each platform to increase brand visibility, engage followers, and drive traffic to our website.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content such as photos, videos, blogs, and infographics to showcase our products, highlight design trends, and provide valuable insights to our audience.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive presence across all social media platforms. Plan and schedule content in advance, taking into account key events, promotions, and relevant trends.
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful connections with followers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow our social media following and expand our reach to new audiences. Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track progress and optimize content for maximum impact.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop creative campaigns and promotions to generate leads and drive sales. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel and facilitate conversions.
Monthly Sales Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly sales reports detailing key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging content.
Creative thinker with a passion for design and aesthetics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in the interior design or home furnishing industry is a plus.
Base Salary
3,200 Ghana cedis/month
