Job Summary:

Coordinate & provide the relevant input and analytical support in the administration of surveys, organizational design & analytics, Performance management and other organizational development (OD) assigned tasks.

Job Role:

Provide information for organizational design review, support in design discussions and update of organizational organogram.
Collate and analyze information for Job Profiling and Evaluations – Provide input and advice in the review and creation of job profiles and evaluate jobs.
Maintain an up-to-date survey trends dashboard of all surveys.
Support in raising and following up on SSH tickets in relation to OD process requests for system updates.
Support with survey administration and coordination, drive survey communication & participation, answer survey queries and analysis of survey data.
Responsible for updating organizational structures with role occupants and other related information.
Track Recruitment request brought to OD team and advice on OD related information for effective recruitment process.
Provide monthly reporting on tasks/areas assigned.
Support with HR projects as assigned.

Education:

First Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field of study.
Experience:

3 years’ relevant HR experience in HR practice.
