Production Assistant

Job Description

The Production Assistant specializing in Clockwork and Dial Customization plays a crucial role in supporting the design and production processes within the company. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in clockwork assembly, installation, and maintenance, as well as executing dial customization and remodification tasks to meet the company’s quality standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly of clockwork components according to established procedures and quality standards.

Participate in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and longevity of clockwork mechanisms.

Execute dial customization tasks as per client specifications, including but not limited to custom dial designs, logos, and other personalized elements.

Ensure precision and accuracy in dial customization processes to meet client expectations and maintain brand integrity.

Perform remodification tasks on dials as necessary, such as adjusting design elements, color schemes, or textures to meet changing market trends or client preferences.

Collaborate with design and production teams to implement remodification changes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in watchmaking, clockwork assembly, or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and precision in manual tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills to interact with design and production teams.
Basic knowledge of mechanical clockwork mechanisms is an advantage.
Proficiency in the use of hand tools and equipment for clockwork assembly and dial customization.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Problem-solving skills to address and rectify issues in the assembly and customization processes.
