Job Description


This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate training programmes are designed and delivered in line with the needs of the business.

What are the job requirements for the role?

Training Development:
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
Design and develop engaging training programs across various sales methodologies, product knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
Create diverse training materials, including presentations, case studies, role-playing scenarios, and online modules.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individual trainees.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback surveys.
Ongoing Support:
Act as a resource for sales representatives, offering ongoing coaching and support beyond initial training.
Partner with sales managers to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive training environment.

Candidates with similar experience in previous roles are preferred.

Qualifcations And Experience

First Degree from an accredited university
Previous years of experience in Training and development or related fields
Three or more years of related work experience is an added advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent people management skills
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
