Currently, we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable International Student Recruitment Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in achieving Ravensbourne’s international student recruitment targets. Your expertise and strategic thinking will help us identify potential candidates, develop effective recruitment strategies, and foster partnerships with educational institutions. The Role

The role manages the International Student Recruitment Officer, and is responsible for meeting and exceeding international student recruitment targets for the year.

The role includes responsibility for the planning and delivery of the university’s programme of international recruitment events and activities in core markets around the globe. The postholder is responsible for managing relationships with student recruitment agents.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is an important part of the role.

Working closely with the wider recruitment team, and with colleagues in Marketing and Admissions, the postholder will input into the planning, delivery and evaluation of recruitment and conversion activities, aiming to work together to continually improve and develop them.

Please note: The roles may include travel for events and activities overseas.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The International Student Recruitment Manager at One Education Ghana will have a range of responsibilities aimed at achieving the company’s goals and enhancing the international student recruitment process. These responsibilities include:

• Create and implement effective strategies to attract international students interested in pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom.

• Stay updated with trends in international education, identify target markets, and conduct market research to understand student preferences and demands.
• Partnership Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders in the UK to facilitate student admissions and collaborations.

• Provide expert advice and counselling to prospective students, addressing their academic and career aspirations, course selection, and application processes.

• Assist students with the application process for UK universities, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa applications.

• Conduct outreach activities, such as workshops, seminars, and webinars, to raise awareness and attract potential students.

• Oversee and manage a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality services.

• Analyse recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

• Stay informed about immigration and education regulations in the UK and ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements.

• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, achievements, and challenges for management and stakeholders.

• Manage the budget allocated for recruitment activities efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and results.
