As a Social Media Intern, you will focus on crafting engaging content and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analysing posts, engaging with our audience, and supporting our broader marketing and branding initiatives. Your overall mission will be to increase brand visibility and engagement, driving strategic growth through innovative social media campaigns and community interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management: Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Branding & Engagement: Write compelling posts and create visually appealing graphics to boost brand recognition and audience engagement.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
Community Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive community and addressing any concerns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and posts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support various projects, including product launches, promotional events, and content marketing efforts.
Storytelling: Craft engaging stories and posts that highlight our brand values, achievements, and milestones across multiple platforms.
Website & Blog Support: Assist with the creation and updating of website content and blog posts to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Requirements
A team player with strong influence and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent copywriting skills in English.
A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Design, or a related field.
Creative and communicative with a flair for thinking outside the box.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with a meticulous approach to your work.
Proficient in using various social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, mobile apps).
Analytical and critical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Passionate about social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online analytics tools.
