A prominent International Logistics organization, with a significant presence in South America, is seeking the expertise of a seasoned Finance Manager for its newly established site in Accra, Ghana. The group is currently undertaking expansive projects in Southern and West Africa and needs a proficient individual capable of seamlessly integrating into the operational landscape. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to build the brand and drive the growth of the business unit. Key responsibilities will encompass supporting the Operations Manager’s inefficient daily operations, comprehensive finance reporting, budget preparation and presentation, cash flow management, and the reinforcement of internal finance controls. A proven track record in the food and beverage or logistics and supply chain sectors will enhance your chances of securing a position on the shortlist.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Professional designation is advantageous (ACCA, CIMA or ICAG)
3 to 5 years’ experience in a Finance Management role
Experience working in the FMCG/Logistics/Supply Chain sectors
Microsoft Excel advanced skills
Sound knowledge of Ghana’s tax laws and regulations
