Job Description

Our client who deals in serviced offices, serviced apartments, interior décor and property management is looking to hire an experienced Head of Operations to join their team. Reporting to the CEO you will primarily be responsible for managing property operations, guest services, staff supervision, budget optimization, and strategic planning to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities;

Oversee the day-to-day operations of short-let rental properties, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
Handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs while addressing complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and service providers to manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Monitor and manage essential supply inventory, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service teams.
Plan and control operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures to uphold high service standards.
Ensure all properties adhere to health, safety, and legal requirements.
Generate reports on occupancy rates, guest feedback, and operational metrics to inform decision-making and business strategies.
Lead special projects, such as onboarding new properties, and contribute to growth strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online booking platforms.
Proven experience in managing teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Must possess great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to solve problems and pay attention to detail.
