Our multinational client who provides training programs for students within the Tech Space require an experienced Finance Officer to join their team in Ghana. Reporting to the CEO/Career Services Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for executing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. You will also develop initiatives to attract and engage students, employers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement traditional and digital marketing strategies to attract and enroll students.
Develop and produce content (written, visual, and video) to boost brand visibility.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, industry partners, and event organizers.
Oversee social media channels, manage targeted ad campaigns, and enhance SEO strategies.
Manage social media channels and keep content fresh and engaging.
Run targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
Enhance the website’s SEO to improve search engine ranking and attract more visitors.
Liaise with the admissions team to align efforts and boost enrollment.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote its impact.
Evaluate marketing efforts using key metrics, report on their effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments.

Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in marketing.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable with video and event representation.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content is an added advantage.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
Must be proactive and be able to work independently.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
