About the role

As a Content Creator at Remotown, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our brand presence across various online platforms.
Your drive will be to create captivating content that resonates with our target audience.

To succeed in this role, you have a proven track record of crafting engaging and impactful content and a strong background in SEO, SEA, and copywriting.
Your ideal character is simply proactive, versatile, able to operate solo and equipped with experience working in the tech or HR space. Nobody is perfect, skills can be learned, but attitudes need to be in you.

Dynamic Roles & Responsibilities:

Craft captivating, entertaining, and informative content covering various business-related subjects aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
Generate viral content tailored for blogs, websites, email marketing, and social media channels that resonate seamlessly with our target audience.
Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for organic search growth.
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, ensuring a high level of visibility.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEA) to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, style, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and effective content.
Initiate SEO/SEA strategies to expand content reach and engagement utilizing analytics tools.

Your Toolkit:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in content creation, ideally in the HR or tech industry.
Proficiency in Google Analytics is a must.
Strong research skills to produce content on a wide range of HR, Tech, Job, and Education-related topics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create content that moves the reader, with a strong orientation towards AI and advanced writing techniques.
Ambitious and driven to make an impact

Master in different writing orientations like copywriting, blogging, academic writing
