In alignment with our vision, the role of Head Coach for the U16 squad is essential as he or she will guide the foundational development of our young football players, enhancing both their athletic skills and character.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordination and supervision of the squad’s coaching strategy
• Assists in the facilitation of player transition from U16 squad to IA Squad with periodic structural reports and updates on player progress in collaboration with all the younger squad coaching staff.
• Responsible for coaching the advance squad.
• Provide individual and group coaching to enhance the players’ technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development.
• Monitor and assess players’ performance and progress, providing regular feedback to players
• Ensure a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes respect, discipline, and teamwork
• Attend and contribute to regular coaching meetings and continuous professional development sessions
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols set by the academy.
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., UEFA B License or equivalent).
• Youth Modules or specific youth coaching certifications.
• Experience working with youth players, particularly in an academy or similar setting.
• Expertise in coaching fundamental and advanced football techniques
