Job Summary:
The Digital Director will lead business development initiatives, drive new business and lead generation, and manage digital marketing efforts (inbound and outbound). The role is essential for expanding our market presence, optimizing digital strategies, and securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key partners and clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and meet revenue targets.
Lead Generation:
- Design and implement lead generation strategies through digital channels.
- Track and analyze lead metrics, optimizing campaigns for better performance.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage content creation and distribution across platforms.
- Optimize and report on paid media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
