Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated National Service Person to join our sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and customer service while fulfilling your national service obligations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and capable of handling a variety of sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with generating leads, contacting potential clients, and setting up meetings.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide information about products/services, and help resolve any inquiries or issues.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Help prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, coordinating schedules, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
