Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Developer located in Accra, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems for ShrinQ’s clients. The Application Developer will work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure that the delivered software systems meet or exceed the clients’ expectations and are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with software development life cycle methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one of the following: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and efficiently to stakeholders
