Key Responsibilities:

2. Proposal Development: Create detailed and compelling proposals for solar solutions, showcasing the benefits and ROI of our products and services.

3. Training and Education: Take charge of training our staff on technical and sales aspects of the solar systems, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with customers effectively.

4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant in solar energy solutions.

5. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, Government policies, and competitive landscape to keep our offerings competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or renewable energy.
– Proven experience in the solar industry, including the design and proposal of solar solutions.
– Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and create tailored solutions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to provide technical training and mentorship to staff.
