Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NPORS Trainer located in Sekondi-Takoradi. The NPORS Trainer will be responsible for delivering training courses on National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) accredited courses, ensuring adherence to training standards and maintaining a safe learning environment. Additionally, the NPORS Trainer will be responsible for monitoring trainee progress and providing feedback.

Qualifications

NPORS Trainer Accreditation and certification
Experience with National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) accredited courses
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the construction, energy and mining industries is a plus
