JOB SUMMARY:

Lead the audit team to execute each audit project according to the annual work plan of the department, and report the work to the department head.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and execute audit plans based on the organization’s risk assessment.
Train, guide and manage the audit team.
Manage and supervise the whole process of the implementation of each audit project.
Review the work plan and audit program of each audit member, discuss each audit procedure, review the audit draft and review the audit report.
Communicate with other business department heads on audit reports and audit rectification suggestions.
Establish reporting information channels and investigate reporting information.
Organize internal integrity training meetings.
Motivate audit team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

– A bachelor’s or business administration degree is the minimum requirement.
– Experience as head of audit department of large and medium-sized enterprises is preferred.
– Experience in managing audit teams; Experience in audit project management
– At least 1 year experience in anti-fraud investigation is preferred.
– Able to independently manage the daily administrative work of the audit Department;
– Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
Other items:
1. The department will provide adequate training and guidance for the new audit manager to adapt to the post requirements.
2. Establish a challenging and attractive cash incentive system for audit managers to ensure that effective employees are appropriately rewarded.
3. At least 5 years working experience in internal audit.
