Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Health and Safety Supervisor. The Health and Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits, developing safety procedures and protocols, and providing health and safety training to employees. The Health and Safety Supervisor will also maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards
Ability to conduct risk assessments and audits
Experience in developing safety procedures and protocols
Experience in providing health and safety training to employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, or related field
Professional certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH is preferred
