We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tire Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the tire industry. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, market analysis, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and fleet operators.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tire products based on performance, budget, and application.
Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide technical product knowledge and after-sales support to customers.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback analysis.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to expand market reach.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
