About Us: Sunda International is a leading distributor in the manufacturing sector, committed to providing high-quality products. Our Kumasi branch is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to manage our data inventory and contribute to our efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and generate reports to optimize inventory management.
• Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensure proper documentation, and verify that items match purchase orders.
• Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring timely and correct shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, optimizing storage solutions for efficient operations.
• Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to coordinate inventory needs and support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
