Requirements and Experience:
BSc in Medical Laboratory Science with a minimum of three (3) years’ working experience at the level of Biomedical Scientist or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Registered and in good standing with the Allied Health Professions Council
General knowledge of operations and techniques in Microbiology, Haematology, Chemical Pathology, Serology, and Immunology.
Proven record of working under minimum or no supervision.
Demonstrable supervisory/leadership skills.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance.
Familiarity with Health and Safety protocols.
Excellent customer relations skills
