Position: English Teacher (High School)

Location: East Legon, Adjirigano
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging English language and literature curriculum aligned with state standards.
Design differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of high school students.
Facilitate dynamic classroom discussions and activities to promote critical thinking and analysis.
Assess student progress through various formative and summative assessments.
Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Valid teaching certification/license in English language arts.
Proven experience as an English teacher at the high school level.
Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and educational technology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
