Job Summary:

We are looking for a FULL TIME , results-driven Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, manage teams and to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

– Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

– Supervise and develop pharmacy employees

– Analyze data to optimize pharmacy performance and customers outcomes

– Implement quality improvement initiatives

– Develop and manage budgets

– Ensure staff training and continuous development

– Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

– Ensure medication safety and inventory management

– Ensure that the company complies with government regulations and licensing

– Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

– Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD

– 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a management or administrative role

– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

– Business acumen and analytical skills

– Experience with pharmacy software and management systems
