Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist at Tiandy in Accra. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer service. They will also use their analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

(Strongly needed) Knowledge of surveillance systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
Ability to work well in a team environment
