Job Summary:
The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role involves managing social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics to maximize online engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Social Media & Content Marketing

Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content.
Develop blog articles, email newsletters, and multimedia content to enhance audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to refine content strategy.

3. SEO & Website Management

Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website performance and user experience.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to track campaign performance.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven analysis to improve engagement and ROI.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers.
Implement landing pages, lead magnets, and email automation to nurture prospects.
A/B test marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.

6. Brand Awareness & Engagement

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.
Engage with customers online, responding to queries and managing online reputation.
Identify new digital trends and tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication, creativity, and content creation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
