Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating business leads and increasing revenue by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing clients. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, monitoring market trends, and maintaining a good understanding of the company’s services to effectively market them to potential clients.
Qualifications
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Good understanding of market trends and competition
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growth objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the logistics or courier services industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
