Role Overview:

Built is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of our clients onto our platform, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to maximize their user experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, including account setup, configuration, and initial training sessions.
2. Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter.
3. Training and Education: Conduct personalized training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of the Built platform, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage its capabilities effectively.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials to support client onboarding and ongoing user education.
5. Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges faced by clients during the onboarding process, collaborating with internal teams to implement timely solutions.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their onboarding experience and platform usability, communicating insights to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts.
7. Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource throughout their journey with Built.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer onboarding, preferably within the financial technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Tech-savvy mindset, with proficiency in navigating digital platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
