This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for leading new business development and account management activities, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Experience in the media industry and in Africa is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
