Job Description: Business Development Executive
Locations: Kumasi, Sunyani and Tamale (state preferred location in your application).
Salary: GHS 36,000 per year + GHS 4,800 per year travel allowance

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role requires a blend of skills in business administration, marketing, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects, contributing towards our business development vision and building valuable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in business development projects, working towards common goals in designated sprints.
Maintain weekly reports detailing client interactions, pipeline status, and relevant observations.
Actively contribute to meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, including institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
Manage and update sales pipeline with new and existing deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates from other fields may also be considered based on fit.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
High sociability and active participation in meetings.
