Job Description

Job Summary

Provide detailed analytics support to Digital Channels, Digital Platforms and Digital Services with focus not only on top-line (revenue, MAU) but also on advanced engagement metrics.

Job Role

Conduct in-depth analysis of Digital data by leveraging advanced analytics to identify trends and insights related to user behavior.

Provide insights for shaping Digital strategies and improving performance.

Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions/tags on Digital Apps.

Identity new data sources and work with IT to develop data pipelines.

Build reporting dashboards that visualize KPIs for all key stakeholders in Digital and Marketing

Work with CVM and Digital Channels team to identify opportunities for growth.

Leverage analytics models to build customer segments.

Support all Product Owners and Managers with development of impact execution metrics or targets.

Evaluate the performance of all existing digital platforms to inform decisions.

Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to benchmark digital platforms against industry standards.

Work with the UX team to identify opportunities to enhance user engagement, navigation, and overall satisfaction based on insights.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or any related field of study.

Experience

3 years relevant experience in a similar role

Professional/Technical competencies

Good Knowledge and experience of Digital Analytics tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, and other related tools.
High acumen for statistical analysis
Programming and scripting knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python)
Skilled in Data Visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, and other related platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics
Good project management skills
Experience in machine learning/building statistical models.
Understanding business needs of the Ghanaian market.
Stakeholder Management
Project Management and Cross functional Working Skills
Content Management.
Agile Principle and Methodology
Good knowledge of digital content ecosystem
