More about the opportunity:

International Logistics Group with a large footprint in South America requires the expertise of a seasoned HR professional for their newly established site in Accra, Ghana. The group has embarked on large expansion projects across Southern and West Africa. They require a skilled individual who can hit the ground running and partner with senior management to establish their brand and grow the business unit. Some of your key duties will include assisting the Operations Manager in running the daily operations successfully, HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding new staff. Your track record in the warehouse or factory environment can secure a spot on the shortlist.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources
3 to 5 years’ experience in an HR Manager role
Experience working in the FMCG/Logistics/Supply Chain sectors is essential
Microsoft Excel skills
Sound knowledge of Ghana’s labour act
Roles are exclusively for Ghanaian citizens
